Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, also known as HBOT, is a method of delivering extra oxygen into the body, mainly through the process of increasing the pressure that the body in normally under. This is a non-invasive therapy and the most medically accepted way to increase oxygen levels to all organs of the body.
All patients must schedule a consultation before using the hyperbaric chamber. At your consultation, you will receive an individualized treatment plan created by our Functional Medicine Hyperbaric Technician, who is certified by the International Board of Undersea Medicine.

Dry Salt Therapy (Halotherapy)
Dry Salt Therapy utilizes a halogenerator to grind and crush 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride (salt) into micronized particles that are dispersed into a salt tent or cave via a dry salt aerosol that works to aid respiratory concerns and skin conditions.

Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a type of photomedicine, a wellness approach that utilizes light of different wavelengths to treat various health conditions. Certain wavelengths of light trigger changes in cells that affect how they function for the better.
Red Light Therapy is only offered in our Chico office. At no additional charge, you can add a Dry Salt Treatment to your Red Light Treatment in our Vitality Booth.

Microneedling
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure. It involves pricking the skin with tiny sterilized needles. The small wounds cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, increasing hair growth and improving skins appearance. You might also hear it called collagen induction therapy.
It helps with a variety of cosmetic ailments, such as hair loss, wrinkles, acne and acne scarring, sun damage, hyper-pigmentation and stretch marks.

Somatic Integration Therapy
Somatic means body and integration is the process of finding and aligning parts of the whole. So essentially Somatic Integration is discovering parts of ourselves that have gotten stuck in our physical bodies. This includes traumas, memories and inner child wounding.
Anyone who has chronic physical or emotional pain may benefit from Somatic Integration. Especially if you’ve tried the traditional therapies, but have not been able to overcome the pain cycle.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the practice of kneading or manipulating a person’s muscles and other soft-tissue in order to improve their wellbeing or health. It is a form of manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.
